- Shipping & Delivery
UK Delivery- Normal delivery is 1-2 working days from receipt of payment (for orders placed before 3pm GMT on a working day), or when payment has cleared (in the case of cheques). If you are paying by cheque please allow up to four more days for your cheque to clear. If you require an express delivery, please email to arrange this. Delivery is fulfilled via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. All orders are packed in protective packaging. If items have not been received within 7 working days please contact us.
- International Delivery
- Items are normally delivered to international destinations within 3-5 working days (for orders placed before 3pm GMT on a working day). However, this can greatly vary depending on the country and your national postal service. Items are sent via Airmail unless otherwise stated. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, we will cover the loss if the item is misplaced in the UK. Once the parcel has been transferred to your national postal service, we will no longer be liable for any losses. If you have not heard from us and items have not been received within 10 working days please contact us.
- Returns & Replacements
- 1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order - please email us before despatching the items, so that we may inform you of where to send them.
2. You must ensure the item is properly addressed and sealed.
3. We strongly recommend that you obtain at least a certificate of posting.
4. You must include a note with your name, address & order number and stating briefly the reason for the return.
5. Refund amount: we will only be able to refund the cost of the item at the time of purchase, and not postage costs. Additionally, the cost incurred for returning the items is to be paid by the customer.
6. We cannot provide refunds for international orders. - Ordering
To buy any of our products just go to the book page and you will see this icon or button saying "Add to cart." Click it once and wait for the page to return. You will see a notice at the top of the page informing you that your selected item has been added to your shopping cart. To increase the quantity of the product you want to order go click the "My Cart " link at the top of the page. From the basket page you may increase/decrease the quantity of the product as well as delete the item from your cart. When you are ready to place your order, press the "Checkout" link at the top of the page. To checkout, you can either create an account, login, or use our 'Guest Customer' feature. Just follow the steps and print the invoice for your records once completed.- Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express via PayPal and Moneybookers. We also accept UK-issued cheques. Orders will be dispatched once payment is confirmed/ received and cleared.
